🏋️♂️ Exercise
Having a hard time on a decision? We all do in today’s day and age of constant bombardment and options.
Derek Sivers, creator of CD Baby, has a tactic for handling these situations:
“If you’re not saying “HELL YEAH!” about something, say no.
When deciding whether to do something, if you feel anything less than “Wow! That would be amazing! Absolutely! Hell yeah!” — then say no.
When you say no to most things, you leave room in your life to really throw yourself completely into that rare thing that makes you say “HELL YEAH!””
In order to make the most out of life, we need to be disciplined in what we do, and that means making hard choices at times of where to put our time and effort.
When in a pinch, ask yourself, “Is this a HELL YEAH!"? If not, it may not be worth the investment.
🧘🏼♂️ Feeling
With a world as busy and chaotic as ours, it is sometimes hard to stop and just recognize everything going on around us which is why I found this technique so amazing.
